When you book an appointment through this website, we collect the information you enter in the booking form: your full name, phone number, and your requested service, date and time. You may optionally add a note (e.g. desired design, preferred staff).
We use this data solely to schedule, confirm, change or cancel your appointment and to contact you about it. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — we need this data to provide the service you asked for.
When you tap the “Book via WhatsApp” button, your name, phone number and the requested appointment details are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your phone or computer. That message is only sent if and when you personally press send inside WhatsApp — at that point it is transmitted through WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group). We do not transmit your data to WhatsApp ourselves.
The same booking details are also saved in our booking system, hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, so that H.M Studio can manage its appointment calendar.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or any other third party for marketing purposes.
We keep your booking data for as long as necessary to manage your past and upcoming appointments and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that may apply, after which it is deleted or made anonymous.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use a small technical cookie and/or local browser storage to remember the display language you last chose, so the site opens in that language next time.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of the data you provided.
